For selling, she proactively got us the best foot forward through listing and videos and staging advice - giving us an edge in a slow selling market. We were trying to sell my mom’s house …. from the smoke smell to so many updates needing to be done, it was not an easy sell! Sarah Martin is our Realtor. She started working with my husband and I when we were still out of state. She would do virtual walk-throughs for us. She was always quick to get us comps for any homes we were interested in. She went above and beyond to help us through the process of buying a home in a new state and give us any information we might need to help us get acclimated.
